The Property The Owl Inn is an 86-bed boutique hostel taking shape in central Leiden, on Steenschuur. Positioning, layout, and brand are built around a focused guest experience that takes the property beyond a standard hostel.
Weave's Role Full pre-opening on behalf of ownership — SOPs, manning structure and recruitment, supplier coordination, tech stack setup, distribution and brand support. Operational thinking brought into the development phase rather than after handover, with the same team carrying through to opening.
