How we handle your data.
Short version: we collect what you send us through the contact form, we use it to reply to you, and we track you with nothing.
Who we are
Weave projects is a hospitality development and management company based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce (KvK) 84554754, VAT NL003979753B31. What we collect and why
The contact form. If you send an enquiry, we receive your name, email address, the company or property you mention (optional), the topic you select, and your message. We use this to respond to your enquiry and, where it leads somewhere, to prepare a proposal or agreement. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering the people who write to us.
The form is processed by Formspree, Inc. (USA), which forwards your submission to our email. Formspree acts as a processor; its own privacy policy is at formspree.io. Transfers to the USA are covered by standard contractual clauses.
Email and phone. If you contact us directly, we process whatever you choose to share, for the same purpose: dealing with your enquiry.
Website analytics. This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and aggregate only. It gives us page-view counts, not profiles. It does not identify you, follow you across sites, or store anything on your device.
Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes IP addresses in server logs to deliver pages and protect against abuse. One script (smooth scrolling) is loaded from the jsDelivr CDN, which technically receives your IP address when your browser requests the file.
Cookies
This site sets none. No cookie banner, because there is nothing to consent to.
How long we keep it
Correspondence is kept for as long as we may need it to follow up on your enquiry or a resulting engagement, and to meet legal retention obligations that apply to business records. We do not keep enquiry data beyond that, and we do not use it for marketing lists.
Who we share it with
Nobody, beyond the processors named above (Formspree, Cloudflare) and our own email provider. We do not sell or rent personal data.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or restrict the personal data we hold about you, object to processing, or receive your data in a portable format. Email contact@weaveprojects.com and we will handle it within a month. If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you can complain to the Dutch supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Changes
If our data practices change, this page changes with them. Last updated: 28 July 2026.
