The Property The Elephant Hostel occupies a heritage building in Amsterdam, restored and repositioned as a boutique hostel where the historic interiors carry the guest experience as much as the operation does.
Weave's Role Weave led the project from early-stage concept through development, pre-opening, and operational handover. Concept positioning, supplier coordination, tech stack setup, team build, and the first operating year — all delivered as a discrete engagement on behalf of ownership.
The hostel today operates at the top of its segment in Amsterdam. Sister property The Bee Hostel was delivered under the same ownership group, with the same operational standard.
